Google Maps has released a “new recreation” for April Fool’s Day, referred to as Snake. The title is free-to-play and doesn’t require any type of download. In contrast to a few other April Fools’ Day jokes, this new game does sincerely exist, and you could play it right now. The comic story Google is making is that Snake–a recreation that is decades old–is, by some means, new. Google’s Snake is surprisingly simple. After booting it up, you choose one among seven one-of-a-kind locations–Cairo, São Paulo, London, Sydney, San Francisco, Tokyo, or the whole international. You then take control of a teacher. It is continuously moving forward, which you can redirect with the arrow keys on your laptop. Your purpose is to pick up passengers and drop them off at metropolis landmarks, all even as avoiding falling into the sea. As you pick up passengers, the train grows longer, making it less difficult to accidentally knock yourself.
According to GameSpot’s sister website CNET, a Google spokesperson stated that Snake will continue to play on Google Maps for approximately per week.
